MOSCOW, Sep 29 (PRIME) -- Russian oil and gas pipe producer TMK has sold 18 million common shares, or 1.74% of the issued capital, at a secondary public offering (SPO) at a price of 220.68 rubles per share, the company said in a statement on Friday.
TMK raised 3.97 billion rubles from the sale.
After the SPO, TMK plans to sell additional new shares to the main shareholder privately at the SPO price.
